Our history

How it all began with eBrief


Powered by PIN AG, eBrief supports you in delivering your post as easily as possible and digitally. We, the employees of PIN AG, do this by taking care of the printing, folding, stamping and, of course, the dispatch of your post.  

 

Since being founded in April of 1999, PIN AG has focused on making sure your post reaches its destination. The company started out with a team of just five – and today, is one of Europe’s largest private service providers, with approximately 1,300 employees.

 

The spectrum of services that PIN AG provides not only includes the core business of fetching daily post, preparing it at our own production site and then delivering it to the recipient – it also covers the areas of post room management, document and data stream logistics, and eBrief electronic post.

 

In 2010, eBrief was developed as a pioneering digital product, and in the years to follow expanded to become an own brand “powered by PIN AG” – thus ensuring PIN AG can offer customers an easy, fast option for digital postal dispatch. eBrief users save time as a result, and they profit from huge savings potential when it comes to the costs for dispatch and materials.

 

Since the launch of eBrief, dispatch numbers have been skyrocketing by up to 350% every year. With more than 7,000 customers, eBrief today is the fastest growing product within the PIN AG portfolio.
