Questions about prices

Are there discounts for regular mailing?

Will I receive an invoice or order confirmation?

Yes. You will always receive an invoice a few days later, to be found in your eBrief portal account.

Once you have submitted your order, you will first receive your order and contract confirmation. After about 5 working days, you will find the invoice in your eBrief portal account for downloading. It is saved here for up to 18 months. Should you not receive an order confirmation, please check your data for any possible typing errors and the security settings for your email inbox.

Those ordering as guests will receive their invoice via email.

Should you have any questions, please get in touch with our customer service team.

Nach ca. 5 Werktagen steht Ihnen Ihre Rechnung in Ihrem eBrief-Portal-Konto zum Download zur Verfügung. Diese können Sie bis zu 18 Monate dort einsehen. Sollten Sie die Bestell- und Auftragsbestätigung nicht erhalten, prüfen Sie bitte Ihre Daten auf evtl. Schreibfehler und die Sicherheitseinstellungen in Ihrem E-Mail-Postfach.
